Keck & Wood recognizes that GIS software can be complicated and that each client has different needs. As a result, we offer a wide range of GIS training and support services that can be adjusted to meet the specific needs of our Clients. Support Our flexible GIS support services are tailored to the specific needs of each client. This can include any combination of phone, email, remote and onsite support. For those that feel the need to have a guaranteed safety net, Keck & Wood can provide ongoing support. For those that may only need support every now and then, we can provide help on an hourly basis. We use GoToMeeting and GoToAssist to provide online support for our clients. These tools have proven to be very effective and greatly reduce the need for onsite support visits. These tools allow us to save our clients time and money, while still providing high quality support services for which we are known. Training
With ever decreasing training budgets, each training dollar needs to be stretched as far as possible. To help our clients get the most out of every training dollar, we have created our Ongoing Education Support Program. This program will allow any student that takes an instructor led class from Keck & Wood to recieve additional benefits at no extra cost including:

Several of our instructor led classes are also available through our virtual classroom or as self paced DVD based courses. All the classes offered by Keck & Wood count as credit toward getting or maintaining the GISP certification from the GIS Certification Institute. Onsite Training Keck & Wood has a portable training lab allowing us to provide onsite GIS training classes anywhere through out the United States. Any of the classes listed in our course catalog can be taught onsite. Any organization with 5 or more potiential students may find this to be a very cost effective option. November 2010** ** November classes are being offered as part of the Seven Hills Regional Users Group GIS Workshop (SHRUG) in Tallahassee, Florida. Students are not required to attend the workshop or be a member of SHRUG to attend one of the classes listed above.
