Offered Classes - Class Schedule - To Register

Keck & Wood recognizes that GIS software can be complicated and that each client has different needs. As a result, we offer a wide range of GIS training and support services that can be adjusted to meet the specific needs of our Clients. This includes: instructor led classes (scheduled, custom and on-site) and virtual classes as well as email, telephone and on-site support.

With an ESRI Authorized Instructor on staff, Keck & Wood offers ESRI official training classes such as Introduction to ArcGIS I and Introduction to ArcGIS II. These classes introduce new users to the basic functions and capabilities of ArcGIS Desktop software. They form the foundation for new ArcGIS users. In addition to introductory classes, Keck & Wood provides more advanced GIS training such as Using AutoCAD Data in ArcGIS or custom training classes based on a clients specific needs. |

In addition to our instructor led classes, Keck & Wood is also an authorized reseller of Geospatial Training Services' CD-ROM virtual GIS classes. These virtual classes allow students to take classes at their own pace at times that best fit with their busy schedules.
All the classes offered by Keck & Wood count as credit toward getting or mainting the GISP certification from the GIS Certification Institute. GIS training classes offered by Keck & Wood, Inc. include:

July 2008 - AICP Certified Maintenance Class (16 CM Hours)

This class has been pre-approved by the American Planning Association as an Certified Maintenance event for 16 CM hours. This class will cost $920.00 per student with a minimum of six students needed to constitute a class. |
August 2008
*Note: The August classes are being held in partnership with the University of North Alabama Continuing Studies Program. All those interested in attending these class must register through the University. For more information contact Meghan Fike at mmfike@una.edu. Keck & Wood discounts and coupons are not valid for the August Classes.

In order to register for instructor led training download a student registration form, fill it out and fax it to our GIS training group at (678) 417-8785 along with a copy of an approved P.O. for public sector organizations or a corporate check for private sector organizations.
