We are an employee-owned firm, headquartered in Duluth, Georgia.  From our offices in Duluth, and our regional offices in Charlotte, NC, and Rock Hill, SC we serve clients primarily in the southeastern states.

We provide consulting to state and local governments for community planning, environmental engineering, water resources engineering, transportation, GIS, natural gas, land surveying, and site development projects.  Our “tool kit” of resources includes state-of-the-art technology to aid in providing high quality and cost-effective results for our clients.

We maintain credentialed staff in multiple disciplines to serve the range of needs of our clients.   We are large enough to maintain a full complement of experienced, full‑time specialists in each of our practice areas.  However, we are small enough that our principals are informed about our project activities and are accessible to the client.

Our long-term clients appreciate our broad base of experience and the close involvement of our senior personnel.  We are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of experience, expertise, and professional service possible.
